Mazkur maqolada turistlar uchun ovqatlanish joylarining logistika va boshqaruvi mavzusi yoritilgan. Asosiy e’tibor ta’minot zanjiri boshqaruvi, inventarizatsiya va saqlash, xodimlar boshqaruvi, mijozlar bilan munosabatlar va zamonaviy texnologiyalardan foydalanishga qaratilgan. Logistika jarayonlarining optimallashtirilishi va samarali boshqaruv orqali turistlarga yuqori sifatli ovqatlanish xizmatlarini ko'rsatish imkoniyatlari o'rganilgan. Ushbu yondashuv orqali turizm sohasida ovqatlanish joylarining muvaffaqiyatini oshirish va turistlar tajribasini yaxshilash imkoniyatlari tahlil qilingan.: This article covers the topic of logistics and management of restaurants for tourists. Emphasis is placed on supply chain management, inventory and storage, personnel management, customer relations, and the use of modern technology. Possibilities of providing high-quality catering services to tourists through optimization of logistics processes and effective management have been studied. Through this approach, opportunities to increase the success of restaurants in the tourism sector and improve the tourist experience were analyzed.
