Annotatsiya: Ushbu tezisda shaxsni tarbiyalash ishi nihoyatda murakkab faoliyat jarayoni bo’lib, qadimdan ushbu faoliyatga jamiyatning yetuk kishilari jalb etilgandir. Mazkur holata yosh avlod tarbiyasi, uning tashkil etilishi mazmuni demokratik jamiyatda pedogoglik kasbi hamda o’qituvchilik kasbining bugungi kundagi jamiyatdagi ahamiyati va roli yoritib berilgan.
Abstract:in this thesis, the work of raising a person is an extremely complex process of activity, and from time immemorial mature people of society have been involved in this activity. The education of the younger generation of this holata, the content of its organization are highlighted by the importance and role of the profession of pedoggianism in a democratic society and the teaching profession in society today.
