Abstract

Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) have gained prominence in infrastructure development; yet, disputes between public and private stakeholders remain a challenge. This article provides a concise overview of the mechanisms for settling disputes in PPP projects while examining negotiation, mediation, arbitration, litigation, expert determination, and dispute review boards as methods of resolving conflicts, highlighting their pros and cons.

By summarizing best practices, this article serves as a valuable resource for stakeholders involved in PPP projects, helping them navigate and address disputes effectively for successful project outcomes.
