Abstract

Abstract This article aims to show not only positive sides of using competent based approach in order to teach speaking and listening skills but also negative sides of it. There are numerous benefits of improving listening and speaking skills, like individual approach via competent based learning shows many results compare to acquiring language through traditional way of teaching. All important notions about this theme are given below with acute examples.
