Zamonaviy maxsus ta'limni rivojlantirishning yangi tendentsiyalari - tobora murakkablashib borayotgan bir zamonda rivojlanish nuqsonlari bo'lgan shaxslarni ta'lim jarayoniga kiritish, tuzatish-pedagogik yordamning yangi yondashuvlari, shakllari va texnologiyalarini joriy etish, ularning keng doirasiga maxsus ta'lim xizmatlarini ko'rsatish. Alohida ta'limga muhtoj bolalar bilan ishlaydigan o'qituvchilarning kasbiy mahoratiga yuqori talablar qo'yish.
